Order Processing

For Customers within the United States:

Orders faxed into Customer Service are immediately processed by a CSR. You will receive a fax confirming availability, pricing, estimated time for delivery, and the name of the CSR who processed the order. If you do not receive a faxed confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service Group to ensure that the order was received. To order a MyoSure sterilization tray or hand-held instruments for the MyoSure scope please review the MyoSure Accessory Kit.

  • All expedited orders, unless otherwise requested, are shipped from Hologic on the same business day on which the order was placed.
  • Standard method of shipping for Hologic is 2-day service. Expedited shipments and 3-day ground service are also available upon request.

Orders placed by phone are processed within a few minutes by one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). If all of our CSRs are busy and you get our Voice Mail System, you may place your verbal order on our Voice Mail System and we will verbally confirm your order once it has been processed.
