A New View of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB)

Abnormal uterine bleeding is the main reason women are referred to gynecologists and accounts for two thirds of all hysterectomies.* The term AUB is a broad term for distinct conditions with varied causes.

In light of a range of newer, condition-specific treatment options, such as the MyoSure® procedure, the approach to determining the condition etiology and condition-specific management of AUB in women of all ages has gained new importance.
